Jenny & Tyler | "The Sound of Silence" -

New artist discovery! Jenny & Tyler are a married singer/songwriter duo and they recently released a cover of Simon & Garfunkel’s “The Sound of Silence” that’s rising in the iTunes charts. All proceeds from song sales go to fight human trafficking. If you’re a fan of supporting small indie artists AND a good cause, click through the link and give it a listen. If you like it, consider downloading it.

There’s more of the story behind this recording on Jenny & Tyler’s blog. I love that their cover features clarinet (not unlike Lauren Mann’s “Let’s Make Our Escape”)!

“Sometimes, you read a book and it fills you with this weird evangelical zeal, and you become convinced that the shattered world will never be put back together unless and until all living humans read the book.” —

John Green, The Fault In Our Stars

[This one is that kind of book. Thanks for the recommendation, Stephen!]
